A new platform had to prove itself in one city before going national. Dealers, their staff, a technology vendor and several partners all had to move together.

Led the pilot as programme head. Set up dealer and staff onboarding, coordinated the vendor and partners, and started weekly KPI reporting to the founder.

The pilot is under way. Results will be added here once they can be shared.

Ran the delivery team on Agile and matched the client's Scaled Agile rhythm. Used Azure DevOps for the board, planning, retrospectives and documents. Sent a weekly report and kept a live risk and issue log.

The project was delivered successfully, with a motivated team and a satisfied client.
